Dog Friendly Trails Around Tustin

Peter's Canyon Regional Park

Peters Canyon Region Park offers extradinary views of Orange County from the top of the East Ridge View Trail. Walking to top of the hill strenous so if you or your dog want an easier walk, stick to the Lake View loop and Peter Canyon Trails.

The ideal dog walk is the Lake View Loop. It's 2.5 miles around the lake. It's mostly flat except for an incline on the south section of the lake.

The main parking lot is at the north side with cheap parking. It has bathrooms and the only water fountain in the park, so ideal for filling your water bottle and hydrating your dog. The south entrance has street parking and a bathroom up the trail.

7 AM to sunset

Main north park entrance off of Jamboree Road and Canyon View Avenue. South

Irvine Regional Park

A huge sprawling park with a mix of lush green fields, shady trees, paved paths and dirt trails. There are miles of trails to explore with your four legged friend. Just make sure to keep them away from the peacocks that roam the park.

There is plenty of parking on site and parking costs usually a few dollars.
